1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services in the following areas:

  • Zirakpur and surrounding areas
  • Chandigarh
  • Mohali
  • Panchkula

For delivery to other areas, please contact our customer service team for availability.

2. Delivery Timing

Our delivery service operates during the following hours:

  • Regular Delivery: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Express Delivery: Available for urgent orders (additional charges may apply)

Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day, subject to availability and delivery location.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the following factors:

  • Distance from our store
  • Order value
  • Delivery timing (regular vs express)

Free delivery is available for orders above ₹1000 within our primary delivery zone.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 hours of placement. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.

For same-day delivery orders:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day

5. Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Specify any special instructions for delivery (e.g., landmark, alternate contact)
  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order
  • For gifting purposes, please mention if it's a surprise delivery

6. Delivery Tracking

Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive:

  • SMS notification with delivery status
  • WhatsApp message with delivery updates
  • Email confirmation with tracking details

You can also track your order status through your account on our website.

7. Failed Deliveries

In case of failed delivery attempts:

  • We will make up to 2 delivery attempts
  • If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our store
  • You will be contacted to reschedule the delivery or arrange pickup
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries

8. Special Handling

We take special care for:

  • Fresh flowers and bouquets
  • Cakes and pastries
  • Chocolates and perishable items

All items are packaged appropriately to maintain their quality during transit.
